* YourKrabiVilla is an exclusive, private vacation rental in beautiful Krabi, Thailand. We have several properties, each equipped with various amenities and nestled within a serene, private villa compound as detailed on our webpage (yourkrabivilla.com).
* Get ready for a luxurious and private getaway!
2. Parties Involved
* This agreement is between the "Guest(s)" (the individual named on your reservation takes responsibility for the other group guests) and "YourKrabiVilla" (the property owner or authorized manager).
* Both parties agree to adhere to the sections detailed in these Terms & Conditions.
3. Rental Period
* Your rental period is outlined in the confirmation message you’ll receive after booking a property.
* Your stay starts on [Check-in date] at 2 pm and ends on [Check-out date] at 12 noon.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
4. Rental Rates & Additional Costs
* Our rental rates are daily, for the entire villa, and may vary by season. Please note that rates can change until bookings are confirmed.
* Your booking includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, one roundtrip Krabi Airport transfer, and local taxes.
* There are no hidden fees. The only additional costs would be for services you may request during your stay.
* Gratuities for staff are appreciated but optional.
5. Payment Options
* Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Inc., a trusted payment gateway that ensures your payment information is safe and encrypted.
* You can avail of multiple eWallet or credit/debit card options at check-out.
6. Deposit and Final Balance Payments
* Deposit Payments
* For Bookings made 46 days or more before arrival: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, followed by a second 25% non-refundable deposit 45 days before arrival for which we will forward a payment link to your email address.
* For Bookings made within 45 days of arrival: A deposit of 50% is required.
* In both scenarios and for added flexibility, you may settle the final 50% balance in cash on arrival. This option allows you to retain funds in your account and avoid deductions while providing peace of mind.
* If you prefer other payment methods not outlined here, please reach out to us, we are happy to assist.
* We recommend planning and booking ahead, especially from October through April when demand is high.
7. Cancellation Policy
* The booking deposit(s) is/are non-refundable.
* Failure to pay the second 25% deposit, if applicable, within 5 days of requesting it, will result in cancellation of the booking.
* Failure to pay the final balance on arrival or a no-show, will result in cancellation of the booking.
8. Change of booking dates
* If guests require a change in the rental dates, subject to availability, we will use our best efforts to accommodate alternate dates.
* If the alternative dates are during a higher rental rate period, the higher rate will be charged.
* Conversely, if the alternate dates are during a lower rental rate period, rates will not be modified.
9. Travel Insurance
* We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip against cancellations, medical expenses, and any unforeseen issues.

We ask that all guests follow these simple house rules:
* No smoking inside the villas, there is ample outdoor space for smoking.

* No parties or events without prior written consent.

12. Conduct & Behavior
* The person who makes the reservation is responsible for everyone’s behavior. Inappropriate conduct may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

* If you notice anything that needs maintenance, please let us know ASAP! Our team will handle routine upkeep and urgent repairs while doing our best to minimize disruption.
14. Right of Entry
* The property owner or authorized representative may enter the villa at reasonable times for repairs, maintenance, or emergencies. We will, of course, respect your privacy by giving you a heads-up whenever possible.
15. Amenities Usage
* Feel free to use the complimentary amenities, including pool, BBQ, etc. Just be sure to use them responsibly. Any misuse or damage may result in extra charges.
16. Technology Use
* We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for your convenience, so you can log in to your own Netflix account and enjoy streaming your favorite shows. 17. Compliance with Local Laws
* All guests must follow local laws, including noise regulations, respect for neighbors, and proper waste disposal.

19. Prohibition on Subletting
* No subletting or allowing anyone not listed on your booking to stay in the villa without prior written consent from the property owner.
20. Enforcement of Agreement Breaches

21. Dispute Resolution
* If any disputes arise from this agreement, we’ll try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If we can’t reach a solution, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in Krabi, Thailand.

* Our rental rates are daily, for the entire villa, and may vary by season. Please note that rates can change until bookings are confirmed.
* Your booking includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, one roundtrip Krabi Airport transfer, and local taxes.
* There are no hidden fees. The only additional costs would be for services you may request during your stay.
* Gratuities for staff are appreciated but optional.
5. Payment Options
* Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Inc., a trusted payment gateway that ensures your payment information is safe and encrypted.
* You can avail of multiple eWallet or credit/debit card options at check-out.
6. Deposit and Final Balance Payments
* Deposit Payments
* For Bookings made 46 days or more before arrival: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, followed by a second 25% non-refundable deposit 45 days before arrival for which we will forward a payment link to your email address.
* For Bookings made within 45 days of arrival: A deposit of 50% is required.
* In both scenarios and for added flexibility, you may settle the final 50% balance in cash on arrival. This option allows you to retain funds in your account and avoid deductions while providing peace of mind.
* If you prefer other payment methods not outlined here, please reach out to us, we are happy to assist.
* We recommend planning and booking ahead, especially from October through April when demand is high.
7. Cancellation Policy
* The booking deposit(s) is/are non-refundable.
* Failure to pay the second 25% deposit, if applicable, within 5 days of requesting it, will result in cancellation of the booking.
* Failure to pay the final balance on arrival or a no-show, will result in cancellation of the booking.
8. Change of booking dates
* If guests require a change in the rental dates, subject to availability, we will use our best efforts to accommodate alternate dates.
* If the alternative dates are during a higher rental rate period, the higher rate will be charged.
* Conversely, if the alternate dates are during a lower rental rate period, rates will not be modified.
9. Travel Insurance
* We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip against cancellations, medical expenses, and any unforeseen issues.
* While we aim to make your stay enjoyable, we’re not responsible for lost or damaged personal items or delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. House Rules
We ask that all guests follow these simple house rules:
* No smoking inside the villas, there is ample outdoor space for smoking.
* No pets allowed.
* Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No parties or events without prior written consent.
* Please help us keep the villa clean during your stay.
11. Pool & Facility Care
* Enjoy the pool anytime!
* Please supervise children and avoid bringing glassware to the pool area.
* We kindly ask that you respect the property and its facilities during your stay.
12. Conduct & Behavior
* The person who makes the reservation is responsible for everyone’s behavior. Inappropriate conduct may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
13. Maintenance Responsibilities
* If you notice anything that needs maintenance, please let us know ASAP! Our team will handle routine upkeep and urgent repairs while doing our best to minimize disruption.
14. Right of Entry
* The property owner or authorized representative may enter the villa at reasonable times for repairs, maintenance, or emergencies. We will, of course, respect your privacy by giving you a heads-up whenever possible.
15. Amenities Usage
* Feel free to use the complimentary amenities, including pool, BBQ, etc. Just be sure to use them responsibly. Any misuse or damage may result in extra charges.
16. Technology Use
* We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for your convenience, so you can log in to your own Netflix account and enjoy streaming your favorite shows. And just a friendly reminder: please don’t use the internet for illegal activities or download anything that could harm the property’s network. Enjoy your stay!
17. Compliance with Local Laws
* All guests must follow local laws, including noise regulations, respect for neighbors, and proper waste disposal.
18. Liability and Insurance
* YourKrabiVilla isn’t liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may unfortunately occur during your stay, nor for lost personal belongings.
* We recommend having travel insurance to cover such events.
19. Prohibition on Subletting
* No subletting or allowing anyone not listed on your booking to stay in the villa without prior written consent from the property owner.
20. Enforcement of Agreement Breaches
* If any terms of this agreement are violated, the property owner can terminate the rental without a refund and seek compensation for any damages or lost revenue.
21. Dispute Resolution
* If any disputes arise from this agreement, we’ll try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If we can’t reach a solution, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in Krabi, Thailand.
22. Agreement Confirmation
* You agree to these terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and everyone in your party.

* This agreement is between the "Guest(s)" (the individual named on your reservation takes responsibility for the other group guests) and "YourKrabiVilla" (the property owner or authorized manager).

* Your rental period is outlined in the confirmation message you’ll receive after booking a property.
