2. Children aged 5 or over are welcome.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas.
5. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 6 people. No stag and hen groups.
6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Standard Reservations
• Guests are permitted to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that a guest cancels within the 30-day period prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Similarly, if a guest fails to show up for their reservation, they will also be charged the total price.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.

Christmas and New Year Reservations between 20.12.20xx and 06.01.20xx
• Guests are permitted to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that a guest cancels within the 60-day period prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Similarly, if a guest fails to show up for their reservation, they will also be charged the total price.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 60 days before arrival.
