Instructions for self check in

1. The apartment building.
There are two same looking buildings and the public parking with private garages between them.
Your building address is Miramarska 15b.



2. Parking
Parking is public in front of the building and it is charged:
on weekdays 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 15:00 PM, and on Sundays it is free of charge.
You can buy tickets online at https://shop.zagrebparking.hr/ or you can pay for a maximum of 3 hours on the slot machine.
A daily ticket is 8€ and a weekly ticket is 12€

If you can't find a place in the public parking in front of the building you can park behind building Miramarska 13.
There is always easy to find a place, the price of the parking is 6€ per day.
The day ticket is valid until midnight on the day of ticket purchase.


3. Entrance to the building.
There are two entrances 15b and the staircase between them.
Your entrance is next to the passage through the building.



4. Entering the building
Enter the first code on the left side of the door. It is 4 digit code followed by #.
For example 1234#


5. Apartment on second floor
The apartment is on the second floor.
Apartment door is on your left when you exit the elevator.


6. Digital lock on the door
Activate the smart lock by pressing any key.
Enter the second code in the smart lock, and press the key with the "Key" symbol.

Open the door by turning the knob to the right. As shown in the image.


7. Keys
You will find the keys in the apartment on the table.
There are two keys and the IC card.
Key for the building door.
Key for the electricity.
IC card for the smart lock. You can use it so You do not have to type in the code every time you enter. Just lean the card against the smart lock and open the door.


8. Electricity lock
Next to the entrance door there is a lock for the electricity. Put the smallest key inside and switch on the electricity. You can not take out the keys without switching off the electricity.

On the day of departure

1. Time of departure
Please let us know the approximate departure time in advance.

2. Before going out
Close all the windows, turn off the lights and turn off all household appliances
(air conditioner, iron, kettle, oven, washing machine, etc.).

3. Keys
Please leave the keys on the table and close the door
