This welcoming, spacious cottage accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Hop cottage also has a large conservatory with doors to the garden and fully equiped kitchen and a seperate dining room.
The cottage has a large garden with table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
The farm is a regenerative agriculture farm so it is teeming with wildlife and birds (on a recent bird survey over 40 different species were identified in one day), along with our herd of small cows and free range chickens. Although Hop cottage is situated in the peace and tranquility of our country estate, you are within a 10 minute walk to the local Barn Shop selling a large selection of local meats, fruit, vegetables, wine and beers.
There is also a Post Office and the Halfway House pub which serves food and has a large playground. A short drive away and you will be in the beautiful city of Canterbury or Ashford where you get travel by train to London in just 38 minutes.
There are many close by attractions including Port Lympne Zoo, Dover Castle and the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway.
