With over one hundred years of history, this was the first chocolate factory in Las Palmas. Today, hidden away just few blocks from the Cathedral the building provides characterful apartments and rooms where the friendly atmosphere is enhanced by a “No TV policy". Chill out in the traditional patio with a small fountain.

Respecting the old, original doors and windows have been lovingly restored rather than opting to replace them with modern soundproofed ones.

The units offer the bed linen, towels, beach towels, toiletries, hairdryer, cot when needed and cleaning at the end of the stay; plus an extra cleaning in the middle of the stay when you book for more than 7 days.
 
Gran Canaria airport is a twenty minute drive away and a shuttle service is available for an extra charge. The Canteras beach is a ten minute drive away.

BUENOS AIRES is a gorgeous room FILLED WITH REFRESHING SOUTHERN LIGHT. The high ceiling, authentic wooden floor and a grandiose chandelier provide a relaxing ambient. 

Accommodating up to six guests, BUENOS AIRES has a double bed and two bunk beds. The B&B provides a cot and welcomes children of any age in this family room. The new en-suite bathroom is very small and compact.

ATLANTIS is a traditional room with a twist. In this inspiring surrounding you can admire a large reproduction of a baroque fresco while relaxing under the vaulted high ceiling. In addition, the vintage mirrors, decorated walls and old patinated wood provide a good-humoured ambient. The en suite bathroom is compact.

The ATLANTIS room does not have exterior windows, which is typical for old Canary Island architecture.
