--> The customer must pay 50% of the total price at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.
--> Within 7 days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
--> If the customer's credit card is declined for the second 50% charge, we will notify them to change the credit card or provide us with a new one, otherwise we will cancel the reservation within 24 hours.
--> If the customer cancels within 7 days prior to arrival, they will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
--> If the customer does not show up (no show), they will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
→ Modifications: modifications are subject to availability and may involve changes in price.
→ Early departure: if the customer leaves before the scheduled date, the nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.
--> Cancellation requests must be notified by email (reservas@holadonostia.com)
→ Cancellations of reservations made through third parties (reservation platforms): cancellations must be handled according to the conditions of the portal or agency where the reservation was made. The platform/agency must be contacted to make the cancellation.

All guests must check in online before arriving at the property.
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Groups: Reservations for 4 or more people will require a deposit of €200 per reservation.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are allowed at this accommodation.
No noise is permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Complaints about noise (from neighbors or guests in other rooms) will incur a fine of €200.
Late check-out is not available. Check-out after 12:00 noon will incur a fine equal to the price of an additional night.
Damage to property and furniture: repair/replacement costs + administrative costs of €100.
Staying more people than allowed in the room (including children): €200.
Loss of keys: €4180 per set.
Excessive mess/cleaning: From €50 to €500.
Calling the police: €1,000.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. A fine of €250 will be applied for smoking.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. The fine for bringing animals into the accommodation is €250.
If discovered during or after checkout, the presence of animals, the penalty applies to each night of the guest's stay + a €250 charge for cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation.
