- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, Cookeo, food processor, blender, fridge, freezer, etc)
- A master bedroom (140cm bed) and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and hair dryer
- Independent WC
► On the 1st floor:
- A large mezzanine
- A double bedroom (bed 140cm) with sofa corner giving onto a 20m2 terrace
- A double bedroom (bed 140cm)
- A bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub shower

► Exterior description:
You can enjoy a beautiful heated swimming pool almost all year round with its wooden terrace and deckchairs for the happiness of the little ones ... as well as the adults!
To enjoy your lunches or aperitifs on the terrace you will have garden furniture, a barbecue and a gas plancha, a table for 8 people and deckchairs for napping. The terrace is south west facing to enjoy the sun all day long.
The access is secured by a gate with remote control and you can park for free on the private driveway.
The 1000m2 of land, planted with trees and very well maintained, is not overlooked and surrounds the house for the pleasure of children.
A "sunbathing" terrace adjoining the bedroom on the first floor is also available.
Near the naval air base of Lann-Bihoué.
The neighbourhood and the shops
Situated in a small and quiet housing estate in the middle of the surrounding countryside, with a green lane in the immediate vicinity allowing you to walk to the sea.
Less than 10 minutes by car from the town of Ploemeur: you will find all the shops (Carrefour Market, Butcher's, Fishmonger's, Bakery...) and the traditional market of Ploemeur every Wednesday and Sunday morning.
At 15 minutes walk, the Fort Bloqué : bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, tobacconist's and the small market of the Fort Bloqué on Friday morning.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am

# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
