► External description:

The house is located in a real green setting of 4000m2 with trees not enclosed where you can even see a deer coming for a walk if you get up early enough.

To enjoy your lunches or aperitifs on the terrace you will have a large wooden table and chairs for 6, a table and chairs for children for 4, a parasol, a barbecue, armchairs and deckchairs for a well-deserved nap.

Depending on your wishes, you will have two terraces, one at the front of the house, the other at the back.

The access is secured by a gate and you can park for free on the land.

A badminton or volleyball court is available as well as outdoor toys (petanque balls for children, wooden Molky games, badminton rackets, ball).

The 4000m2 wooded grounds are shared with a small, unoverlooked farmhouse that is rented all year round.

Near the naval air base of Lann-Bihoué.

The neighbourhood & local amenities

Very quiet residential area 15 minutes walk from the Fort Bloqué beach. Green and relaxing environment.

Less than 10 minutes by car from the town of Ploemeur: you will find all the shops (Carrefour Market, butcher's, fishmonger's, baker's, etc.) and the traditional market of Ploemeur every Wednesday and Sunday morning.

At 15 minutes walk, the Fort Bloqué : bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, tobacconist's and the small market of the Fort Bloqué on Friday morning.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.

The Tenant agrees to respect the following obligations:

- To sign the rental contract and to deposit a deposit (bank imprint, not cashed) before entering the accommodation;
- Not to organise any party in the rented premises;
- Not to smoke inside the accommodation;
- Not to disturb the neighbours;
- To tidy up the accommodation and return it in an acceptable state of cleanliness;
- Not to allow more people to occupy the premises than the maximum number indicated;
- To pay the rent and charges according to the agreed schedule;
- To use the premises peacefully in accordance with the contractual destination;
- To scrupulously respect the internal regulations and the conditions of use of the various facilities;
- To be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the Lease in the Premises which it has exclusive use of
- Any furniture, equipment, materials and objects that are missing or damaged or have been put out of service for any reason other than normal wear and tear shall either be replaced identically with the consent of the Landlord or paid for at the price of identical replacement.
- To respect the arrival time indicated, under penalty of not being able to access the accommodation without possible compensation;
- To respect the departure time indicated, under penalty of additional charges;
- Not to cause any disturbance to the neighbourhood;
- To notify the Lessor without delay of any malfunction or deterioration, whatever the cause;
- Not to bring any animal into the rented premises (Unless an animal is clearly accepted in the advert) ;
