External description :The house is located in a quiet housing estate in Larmor Plage. In front of the house a small garden closed by a gate with a parking space in the driveway.
At the back of the house a landscaped garden enclosed and not overlooked with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, coffee table, table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The neighbourhood and the shops
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Larmor Plage, 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the town centre with all its shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Parking in the driveway or free on the street. Bus stop (T4) direct to Lorient at 150m.
The small port of Lomener and its restaurants less than 5 minutes away by car.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am

# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.
