► 1st floor:

○ A double bedroom (140cm bed) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and sofa area with TV

○ One double bedroom (bed 140cm) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers

○ One double bedroom (bed 140cm) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers

○ Bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and WC. Hairdryer available.

► 2nd floor:

○ A large room dedicated to children with two single beds (90cm) and blackout blinds, light garland, many toys (cars, dolls, dinette, barbies, etc), children's books, games, crayons, cuddly toys.

✪  At your disposal in the house: Umbrella bed (sheets not provided), high chair, washing machine, adult books, many beach toys (buoy, water gun, masks and snorkels, beach rackets, jump and shovel, kite, balls, children's petanque balls)

► Exterior Description:

At the front of the house, a large courtyard allows you to park up to 4 vehicles.

To the rear a large enclosed garden of 3200m2 surrounded by trees to enjoy the fine weather, organise large lunches or dinners outside thanks to the barbecue and table for 10 people, naps in the sun on the deckchairs and long games for the children.

A peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery behind Anse du Stole, where you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes and take advantage of the footpaths.

Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you'll find the small port of Lomener with a large supermarket, bakery, fish market, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent and several restaurants and bars.​​​​​​​

# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
