Beautiful fully renovated town house of 100m2 consisting of:

✅ The entire ground floor on one level is accessible to people with reduced mobility, please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.

- A lounge area with armchairs, coffee table, wood-burning stove (wood not included), large HDTV and TV box
- A dining area with a large table (for up to 9 people) and chairs
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, kettle, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, toaster, etc)

✪ Large bay window overlooking the courtyard.

○ A large room with removable partition allowing the living room to be enlarged with a sofa and coffee table or transformed into a large master suite with double bed (140cm); storage space, bedside tables and lamps. Blackout roller shutter. Private bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit and hairdryer. This room has a small private terrace not overlooked with table and chairs.

A real comfortable foldaway bed that can be folded away to make room for a sofa and extend the living space during the day.

The house has a small courtyard with a gated private parking space. This courtyard is also used for walking access to the adjoining house.

The house is located in the small port of Lomener, a very pleasant and sought-after area.

Situated right next to the small harbour square with access to Lomener beach and the sea wall, you can also find all the shops (supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, press) as well as a café and several restaurants to suit all tastes.

Anse du Stole beach, Vivier beach and Perello beach are all less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Hiking trails and GR34 at the foot of the house.
