Duplex flat of 46m2 on the 2nd and top floor comprising:

 • Bright living room with open, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, oven, induction hob)

 • Dining area with table and high chairs for 5 people

 • Lounge and relaxation area with sofa and coffee table, flat-screen HD TV, balcony access and roller shutter. Board games and books available.

✪ Balcony overlooking the Ocean and Port Blanc beach with outdoor furniture (2 armchairs and bench seat).

 Bathroom with vanity unit, large Italian shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

Duplex :

○ A bedroom with Queen size bed (new bedding 160cm), bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and a superb sea view. Blackout curtains.

○ One bedroom with double bed (new bedding 140cm), bedside tables and lamps. An extra mattress for a child (80cm) is available for use on the floor in one of the bedrooms.

✪ This room also has a cot with mattress (sheets not provided), a mobile changing table and a few toys for the little ones.

A parking space is reserved for you in the residence's private car park.

The neighbourhood & local amenities

The flat is located on the seafront in the small port of Keroch, a very pleasant and sought after area.

Rocky coves less than 70m away, small sandy beach of Port Blanc less than 400m away on foot. Hiking trails and GR34 at the foot of the flat.

A few minutes by car or bike you will find Lomener with its beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars facing the sea.

Port Blanc bus stop (line 37, 202 and 206) at the foot of the flat.

# The accommodation is strictly and entirely non-smoking (except for the balcony)
# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am
# Animals are not allowed
# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
