- Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people
⚠ You are entirely responsible for the use of the wood-burning stove; wood is not provided.

✪ Available in the house: washing machine, iron and ironing board, folding bed (sheets not provided), board games, Molki wooden game, books for young and old. All windows have roller shutters.
► Exterior description: The house is set in 400m2 of fully enclosed grounds.
At the rear of the house, directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window, you can enjoy a beautiful garden with lawn and terrace.
✪ Outdoor furniture, table and chairs for 6 people, charcoal barbecue, large awning over the terrace to protect you from the sun and deckchairs are all available.
A small vegetable garden is available at the bottom of the garden ;-)
At the front of the house you can park two cars in the private driveway, which is closed off by a gate.
The neighbourhood and the shops
The house is located in a quiet residential area on the Fort Bloqué seafront, a very pleasant area with restaurants, bar, tobacconist, bakery, biscuit factory and market.
The large public beach, just a 3-minute walk away, lets you enjoy the ocean and breathtaking sunsets over Fort Bloqué and the island of Groix.
The beach is supervised in summer and is great for families as well as surfers and kite-surfers.
The Lannénec ponds are just a 2-minute walk away and offer some great walks in a Natura 2000 area.
The seaside resort of Guidel Plage (supermarket, bakery, souvenirs) is just a few minutes away by car or bike, as are restaurants, bars, a riding school, a water sports centre, bike hire, etc.
A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is just a few dozen metres away. The cycle path and the famous GR34 pass along the beach and the entire coastline, giving you the chance to enjoy magnificent walks without having to take the car.
