Large 3-room apartment of 80m2 on the 3rd and top floor without lift consisting of:
► A large living room with high ceilings comprising:
 • A lounge & relaxation area with corner sofa, armchairs, coffee table and HD TV
 • A dining area with a table for 6 people
 • An open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, citrus squeezer) with stand-up eating area and 3 high chairs.
► A master suite with Queen size bed (160cm), bedside tables and lamps, storage, chest of drawers and mirror. Roller shutters.
► A bathroom opening onto the bedroom with an Italian shower hidden in an alcove, bath, double washbasin unit, mirror storage and hairdryer.
► A separate WC
✪ At your disposal: Umbrella bed (sheets not provided), high chair, clothes line, ironing board and iron, books and magazines.
► A second duplex bedroom is accessed from a spiral staircase. It has 2 single beds (90cm), bedside lamps and fitted with blackout blinds.
✪ A children's area with a footstool and board games is accessible from this bedroom.
⚠️ As access to this room is a little narrow, we do not recommend it for young children or the elderly.
✪ Access to the residence car park is authorised, but there is no guarantee of a parking space (the spaces are not private).

The neighbourhood & local amenities
Ideal location on the edge of the pedestrian precinct, just a few minutes from all the shops and restaurants in the town centre.
Very pleasant area with many shops, restaurants and bars. Just a few minutes' walk to the marina, the pier for the island of Groix, the Moustoir stadium and the congress centre.
It's easy to get to anywhere in Lorient or along the coast on foot or by public transport.
You also have access to the residence car park, with no guarantee of a space (the spaces are not private).

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
