The neighbourhood & local amenities

The flat is located on the seafront in the small port of Keroch, a very pleasant and sought after area.

Free on-street parking with no time limit.


Rocky coves less than 70m away, small sandy beach of Port Blanc less than 400m away on foot. Hiking trails and GR34 at the foot of the flat.

A few minutes by car or bike you will find Lomener with its beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars facing the sea.

Port Blanc bus stop (line 37, 202 and 206) at the foot of the flat.

# No parties allowed
# The accommodation is strictly and entirely non-smoking (except for the balcony)
# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am
# Animals are not allowed
# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
