Cancellation Policy:
Guests will receive a full refund (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least two weeks before the start of the holiday. No refunds for early check outs.

CONTRACT:

We have taken pride in preparing our home to give you a pleasant and relaxing visit. Since you will be in our home, we ask you to treat it as your own.

Making your booking
You've made the booking as a consumer, and you acknowledge that we cannot accept any liability for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you. You should carefully check the details of our written confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.

Paying for your booking
You are required to send to us your payment for the balance of the rental strictly according the instruction received in your quotation for our property.
If you fail to make a payment due to us in full on time, we may treat your booking as cancelled by you.
The payment has to be completed either by bank transfer, credit-debit card or by PayPal. If the owner has received the credit card details, the payment will be finalised automatically two weeks before your arrival

Your obligations
I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I agree to rent accommodations, equipment, and use of the property.
I acknowledge and accept that the sole responsibility for safety lies with the participant.
I acknowledge that outdoor, mountain, water, and camping activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death. Riverbanks, streams, steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities.
I know that alcohol and drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.

I am over the age of 18 and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18.
I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to me or any person on the property as a result of my visit and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me.
Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for the minor children and myself in my charge and visit the property and equipment and engage in activities or events at my risk.
I will abide by the rules and accept these rental conditions:

I will return the property in the same condition in which it was rented.
I will be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during my rental period.

I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition. If found otherwise per my arrival I will contact Owner immediately.

Rental Rules:
- No smoking. All our properties are strictly non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals.
- Do not move the furniture.
- Electricity and water are included in the rental fee.
- It may occur that a property has been re-painted, or that changes have been done that are not shown on the website. We are not to be held liable for the same.
- The apartment is all decorated according to owners taste, and no changes are permitted to the décor or placement of furniture under any circumstances.
- Please do not throw napkins, tampons, wadding, diapers, etc. in the toilet. If feminine products have been flushed, and this has led to clogging of the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 3000 d. kr
- While you are on holiday, life goes on for the locals. There may be noise from construction sites, cars motor boats, etc. We are convinced that our travellers understand that Owner cannot take any responsibility for this. The guests must under no circumstances disturb the neighbourhood.
- The property must never be used as a party venue for people outside the rental party.

Check-Out / Departure Instructions:
- Remove all garbage to outside dumpster or trash can.
- Load and run dishwasher.
- Turn off lights.
- Close and lock all outside doors and windows.
- Ensure the key is placed in the lock-box.
- Adhere to check-out time which is not later than 10:00 AM if nothing else is agreed.

4.) Ensure lock-box and keys are in place. There must be an entry key in the lock-box when you depart.

Complaints
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible.

It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties correctly unless we are promptly notified.
Discussion of any criticisms with us, while you are in residence, will usually enable shortcomings to be rectified straightaway. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example, regarding preparation or heating of the Property) cannot possibly be investigated unless registered while you are in residence.

If any complaint cannot be resolved during your holiday, you must write to us with full details within 28 days of the end of it.
