Villa Magarre has been tastefully renovated, with every space optimised to meet your every need. With its heated swimming pool, SPA, extensive grounds and games room, this property seems to have just one flaw: it's likely to set the bar very high for your future holidays!

Outdoors, discover a heated and secured swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden deck equipped with loungers and parasols, a discreet Spa under an olive tree heated to 36/38°C, as well as a spacious terrace with shaded areas and a solarium. For your convivial moments, enjoy the dining area furnished with a charcoal BBQ and a gas plancha.

Indoors, comfort meets elegance: a modern kitchen, a welcoming dining area with a large table and a central fireplace, and a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are designed for your relaxation.

➥ FESTIVE GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please respect the peace and quiet of the site between 10pm and 8am.
➥ The house is strictly non-smoking.
➥ Age limit for booking: 25 years old.
➥ The accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of travellers, defined at the time of booking confirmation. You may not accommodate any additional travellers.
➥ Please respect the arrival time of 17:00 and the departure time of 9:30 at the latest. On request, outside the summer season and except on Saturdays, if there is no scheduled arrival on the evening of your departure, a late check-out may be granted.
➥ Entering the accommodation: as soon as you enter, you will be able to carry out an inventory of fixtures and fittings and report any defects (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.) within 24 hours. In the event of an installation malfunction during your stay, we undertake to use all necessary means to resolve the problem. However, neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the tenant.
➥ The pool is heated from April to October, depending on the weather. To keep the water warm, we ask you to cover it every evening. Swimming is unsupervised, and it is the responsibility of travellers to ensure their own safety and that of their children. Neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any accidents occurring during use of the swimming pool.
➥ Concerning the Spa, please do not touch the set temperature. For reasons of hygiene and to ensure clear water during your stay, A SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER IS OBLIGATORY. Do not apply sun cream before entering the SPA. Furthermore, when not in use, please put the cover back on to prevent heat loss, water evaporation, the intrusion of foreign bodies harmful to the quality of the water and to keep the Spa safe.
➥ The house has a games room: please respect the condition of the equipment provided. In the event of accidental damage, which can happen, it is essential to inform us immediately.
➥ We are happy to accept 1 pet, subject to prior request by message. Once your request has been approved, we thank you for respecting the following rules:
Your pet is not allowed on the sofa & in the sleeping areas. Your pet is not allowed in the swimming pool. Please pick up after your pet.
➥ Electric vehicle recharging is available (€0.48 kW/h).
➥ Think of the planet: please save water (don't leave it running unnecessarily) and turn off lights when you leave a room and electrical appliances when you are not using them. In winter, when you use the heating, please do not leave doors and windows open for long periods.
➥ For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning. When you use it, please close doors and windows to avoid excessive electricity consumption. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
➥ For their safety, never leave young children wandering around unsupervised.
➥ To avoid any inconvenience caused by blocked toilets, only toilet paper should be used. In the event of inappropriate use resulting in damage, a fixed charge of €550 will be applied for the necessary repairs.
➥ A contribution towards the cost of cleaning and laundry, carried out by a professional company, is included in your rental. Cleaning of the kitchen (worktop, fridge, hob, ovens, clean and tidy crockery, empty dishwasher) and cleaning of the barbecue/plancha is not included. This is why we ask you to do this before you leave. If you wish, we can organise this for you. This option has a fixed cost of €180.
➥ In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration (it can happen!), please report it during your stay. Objects will have to be replaced identically or reimbursed to the owner.
