➥ Age limit for reservation: 25 years old.
➥ The accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of travelers, defined at the time of confirmation of the reservation. You cannot accommodate additional travelers.
➥ Please respect the arrival times, from 5:00 p.m., and departure times, no later than 9:00 a.m.
➥ Inventory of fixtures carried out by our maintenance teams before your arrival and after your departure. In the event of an installation malfunction during your stay, we undertake to deploy all necessary means to resolve the problem. However, neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the tenant.
➥ Swimming pool with natural beach. Salt treatment. Swimming is unsupervised, and travelers are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any accidents occurring while using the pool.
➥ Pets are not accepted in order to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests. Thank you for understanding.
➥ Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
➥ Think about the planet: please save water (do not let the water run unnecessarily) and turn off the lights when you leave a room and electrical appliances when you are no longer using them. In winter, when using heating, please do not leave doors and windows open for a long time.
➥ For their safety, never let your young children wander around without supervision.
➥ To avoid any inconvenience linked to a possible blockage of the toilet, only toilet paper should be thrown away. In the event of inappropriate use resulting in damage, a charge of 550 euros will be applied for necessary repairs.
➥ Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to leave it in perfect general condition upon your departure.
➥ A contribution to cleaning and laundry costs, carried out by a professional company, is included in your rental. Cleaning the kitchen (worktop, fridge, hob, ovens, clean and tidy dishes, empty dishwasher) as well as cleaning the barbecue is not included. This is why we ask you to do it before your departure. If you wish, we can organize it for you. This option has a fixed cost of €180.
➥ In the event of breakage, disaster or damage (this can happen!) please report it during your stay. The items must be replaced identically or refunded to the owner.

➥ 100% refundable (excluding 5% fee) if you cancel more than 60 days before arrival.
➥ 50% refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
➥ NON REFUNDABLE less than 30 days prior to arrival.
