Las Golondrinas is a stunning first floor, two bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the golf course and mountains. It is a real oasis for golf fans who also want to enjoy the nearby beach and the Costa Del Sol region.

Both bedrooms have built in closets and attached bathrooms with showers.  The master bedroom has a queen bed (180 x 200cm) while the second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together.
The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, range top, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  All kitchen utensils are also provided.   The dining area includes a table capable of seating 6 as well as two "drinking" counters with bar stools.

The living room has a large seating area, a flat screen cable TV with connections to many international stations, and high speed broadband WIFI.  The couch also converts to a bed sleeping two.  
From both the living room and the master bedroom there is a retractable glass door leading out onto the "golf" terrace. From this terrace you have a unique view not only of the 5th tee of the Los Lagos golf course, but also of the mountains in the distance. The spacious terrace with its cushioned garden furniture is a great place for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The gated apartments provide access to a heated pool that is open all year.  An enclosed parking spot for your car is also included.
The apartment is only a few minutes drive from Fuengirola and it’s many restaurants, bars, and beaches. There is also a public bus stop in front of the house that can take you Fuengirola beach and other shopping centers. A taxi from Malaga Airport, just 29 km from the airport, costs around €30 from the airport to the apartment.
