Inside the hut is a double bed that folds up during the day to provide seating for 4 and has a pull-down table. There are two smaller bunk beds for children, again the bottom bunk can be used as a seating area during the day and the top bunk conveniently folds away.

Many of our guests in winter say how much they enjoy warming up by the wood burning stove after relaxing in the Hot Tub. Outside you have a large decking area with a table and chairs that overlook the lake and a private garden with a lawn and BBQ.

The fabulous private shower room is just a few paces away and is heated with a power shower, sink and toilet.

The farm is a regenerative agriculture farm so it is teeming with wildlife and birds (on a recent bird survey over 40 different species were identified in one day), along with our herd of small cows, horse and pony.  Although Rose hut is situated in the peace and tranquility of our country estate in the Kent countryside, you are within a 10-minute walk to the local Barn Shop selling a large selection of local meats, fruit, vegetables, wine and beers.

There is also a Post Office that sells newspapers, some food basics and a local pub, which serves food.  A short drive away and you will be in the beautiful city of Canterbury or Ashford where you get to travel by train to London in just 38 minutes.

There are many close-by attractions including Port Lympne Zoo, Dover Castle and the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway.
