IF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANY GUEST IMMEDIATELY.

► For security purpose, all guests are required to register with Identification Card / Passport. Strictly no unregistered guests / visitors allowed into the premise.
► Enter EXACT number of guests in your booking. Unauthorised guest subject to penalty of RM50/night/person.
► Strictly no drugs or any illegal activity.
► STRICTLY NO SMOKING / VAPING INDOORS. Please smoke / vape at the outdoor smoking area. Smoking / vaping in the room, bathroom or anywhere inside the building subject to penalty of RM250.
► Switch off lights and air conditioners when not in use or before leaving the premise.
► No durians allowed.
► Please respect other guests with no loud noise or music at all times. Quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM.
► Any damage caused to any items in the room or property (e.g. stain on sheets, broken furniture, etc) must be reported to us immediately. Guests are responsible for any cleaning charges or replacement charges incurred. Lost keys subject to penalty of RM50.
► This is a non-refundable booking. Strictly non refundable under any circumstances, including travel restrictions and Covid-19 related cancellations. Alterations to shorten stay or change dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please only book if your travel dates are confirmed.
► Earliest check in time: 3PM. Latest check out time: 12PM. Early check in or late check out is subject to RM10 / hour (upon advanced request and availability).
► Please take care of your own personal belongings at all times (Law of Malaysia Act 248 Innkeepers Act 1952 - Limitation of Innkeepers' Liability Section 4.)
