For the benefit and comfort of all our guests staying here, please note that
IF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANY GUEST IMMEDIATELY.

- Please enter the EXACT number of guests when you’re booking the room. E.g. if the room is booked for 1 guest, we will prepare the room for 1 guest only; if booked for 2, we will prepare for 2.
- This room is strictly for maximum of 2 persons only (including children). If there are more than 2 persons, please ask us first on suitability before booking. If allowed, additional occupant is subject to extra charge of RM25/night. Guest mattress, pillow, blanket and towel can be provided upon request.
- You are required to provide ID Number (Identification Card or Passport) and Full Name of ALL GUESTS upon booking. Your ID may be requested upon check in or any time during your stay for verification purpose. Otherwise, we reserve all rights to refuse entry.
- Strictly no outsiders or unregistered guests allowed into the premise. If you have any visitors, please ask us in advanced.
- Strictly no drugs and any illegal activity.
- No shoes indoors.
- Switch off lights and air conditioners when not in use or before leaving the premise.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS. Please smoke / vape at the outdoor smoking area. Smoking / vaping in the room, bathroom or anywhere indoors inside the building WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will be subject to a smoking / vaping penalty of RM250.
- No durians allowed.
- Please respect other guests and neighbours with no loud music, loud noise or loud talking at ALL TIMES. Quiet hours from 10pm onwards to 9am. Please be considerate as this is a shared home with other guests.
- Any damage caused to any items in the room or house (e.g. stain on sheets, broken furniture, etc) must be reported to us immediately. Guests are responsible for any cleaning charges or replacement charges incurred.
- Reserved parking space is not included in room rates. Carpark space in front of the property can be requested for RM5/night, subject to availability. Unless requested for carpark space, DO NOT park in the house porch, or in front of the house gate at ALL TIMES. Parking without permission is subject to RM50 penalty. 
- Respect etiquette by cleaning your own space at common areas after use. Please wash dishes, cups and utensils after use.
- This is a non-refundable booking. Strictly non refundable under any circumstances, including travel restrictions and Covid-19 related cancellations. Alterations to shorten stay or change dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please only book if your travel dates are confirmed.
- Extension beyond check out time is subject to RM10 / hour, upon advanced request. Early check in is available for RM10, after 1PM on check in date, upon advanced request.
- No cooking allowed on the premise. Reheating or light cooking of food is allowed with microwave oven provided.
- Lost keys will be subject to a penalty of RM50.
- Please take care of your own personal belongings at all times (Law of Malaysia Act 248 Innkeepers Act 1952 - Limitation of Innkeepers' Liability Section 4.)

All bookings are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation or no-show under any circumstances, including travel restrictions and Covid-19 related cancellations. As the rates are promotional rates, any request to shorten stay or change dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please only book if your travel dates are confirmed.
