✔ Prices & Taxes

Prices include taxes; local tourism tax (Ortstaxe) is charged separately.
Final cleaning and additional fees are stated in the booking confirmation.

✔ Payment & Confirmation

Your reservation becomes binding only after our written confirmation.
Payments must be made according to the terms in the confirmation.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Check-in: as stated in the confirmation
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Luggage storage available upon request.

✔ Stay & Use of Facilities

The number of persons stated in the guest contract may not be exceeded.
The house rules form part of these terms.
Damages, excessive cleaning or missing items will be charged based on actual effort.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of accompanying persons and pets.

✔ Pets

Allowed only in selected units and with prior approval.
Pets must not be left alone in the apartment.
Beds and sofas are off-limits.
Pet waste must be disposed of in residual waste.

✔ Liability

We assume no liability for valuables brought by guests.
Parents are responsible for their children.
Use of all facilities (ski room, balcony, etc.) is at your own risk.

✔ Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

✔ Waste Separation

Waste must be separated according to Austrian regulations.
Incorrect disposal will be charged according to effort.
