The space is quirky and although it is a one-bedroom you have different spaces within the apartment. The bedroom on top with Views of the River Tagus, the living area at entrance level and the kitchen and bathroom on the lower level. Please note that the shower and the toilet are not at floor level, but a 35 cm (1.14 ft) step must be climbed.

Cancellation and Amendments – If You Need to Make Changes

(a) If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Your cancellation or amendment will only be effective once we have received your confirmation in writing or via email.

(b) If you cancel your booking 60 days or more before your arrival, we will promptly refund your deposit, minus a 50 Euro administration fee.

(c) If you cancel your booking between 30 and 59 days before your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking amount. This means your deposit will not be refunded.

(d) If you cancel your booking within 29 days of your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total booking amount. As the full balance will have been paid, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against any unexpected last-minute cancellations.
