The sofa in the living room opens up into a sofa bed as well. Right off the main road with easy access to shops, groceries, restaurants and the beach. All in walking distance. The beach is only a two minute walk from the loft! Air conditioning, Hot water, Safe, High Speed Wifi and daily maid service included in price.Upstairs in the loft we offer a king-sized bed, private bathroom, closet, and small desk. Downstairs, a large open area has the living room with couch and television. The couch opens up into a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In the back, on the main floor, is another bedroom with queen-sized bed and bathroom. Outside, fenced in for privacy, is a terrace, yard and small pool, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Our gated community has 8 loft apartments.

50% Non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation. The remaining amount will be charged 30 days before check-in

Cancellations at least 30 days prior to date of reservation do not have an additional financial penalty.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the complete reservation.

If you leave before the check-out date, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
