Cancellations or changes up to 7 days (for groups with 3 or more rooms up to 14 days, over New Year's Eve up to 30 days) before arrival, we accept free of charge. Cancellations or changes made later, no show, early departure or late arrival will be charged 100% of the total price.
The reservation is guaranteed with your credit card. The credit card will be pre-authorized and only charged if our cancellation policy is violated.
