The condo is in a superior location within walking distance of 100's of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. While it is just 1/10th of a mile from the center of downtown it is on a quieter side street.

In addition, it has 4 separate sleeping spaces so everyone doesn't have to share!

You will be renting the entire unit and in addition you will have access to the communal swimming pool.
House Rules

This is NOT a place to get crazy and party. If that’s what you’re looking for or you can’t respect the full time residents, please do not book with us you won’t have a good experience. 

Everyone in the group with the exception of minor children traveling with their parents or legal guardian must be over the age of 25. Please contact me for possible exceptions.

No Parties, gatherings or commercial events are allowed. Only guests who are on the reservation are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM local time. Pool may only be used from 9am to 10pm. Please respect the neighbors.

Onsite building staff has no affiliation with our company. Please do not disturb them at any time. Instead, contact us at the number provided.

Nothing besides toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet. Guests are responsible for any toilet blockages. Plungers are provided or a plumber can be called at your expense in the case of a blocked toilet.

Lockout fee - In the unfortunate event you get locked out, there will be a $100 lockout fee and $75 lost key charge.

Smoking/vaping tobacco or any other substance is not permitted in or on the property, including balconies. A fine of $500 will be charged if smoking/vaping of any substance takes place in the unit, 

No pets at any time under any circumstances are allowed on any of our properties. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine. 

Leave Keys, fobs, parking passes and pool passes behind. If any of these are not returned, a fee of up to $100 will be charged.

We are not liable for any loss of property, life or limb. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

We ask that our guests not bring or use glitter inside the condo and do not attach anything to walls with any tape, glue or other adhesive.

Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, washing the dishes and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

No candles or open flames are allowed and the fireplace is not operational and cannot be used.
