Tree House at Tree House Lodge
Built on tall stilts, this back-to-your-childhood house is submerged by the forest, with a sloped wooden suspension bridge leading steeply to its front door. Inside it’s split level: upstairs, a double king size bed and a small ensuite toilet; downstairs, a second double bed, a single bed and a kitchen. The Beach House was built 80 meters from the shoreline. From your veranda you’ll enjoy the most fantastic view on the ocean and botanical gardens.
Built entirely from fallen Nispero (loquat) trees that oxen dragged from deep in the rainforest, the Beach House lies 80m from the shoreline, so you can actually lie in bed and watch waves lap the beach. A thatched dome roof, shuttered windows and rattan walls keep it cool and airy inside, and a beautiful wooden staircase spirals up through the centre.
This is also a split-level design, with a master bedroom on the top floor and an open-plan living space down below – home to a second double bed, a sitting area and a kitchen. Hammocks rock in the open wall spaces on the deck.The famous bathroom is a real work of art: from the outside it’s dome shaped, covered in coloured glass circles; inside there’s a space rocket feel to the massive room, enhanced by the giant knobs that control all the taps. Crystal House. This house is a magical fantasy surrounded by recycled art and nature incorporated.  The House has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.  Both bedrooms are equipped with sanitair facilities and downstairs is an extra  separate bathroom. One room is airconditioned with 2 queen size beds. The bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, ceining fan, private bathroom, closet. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The Sangrillo tree is the center piece of the house. Garden House at Tree House Lodge
The Garden House is built almost entirely from bamboo and sleeps 4 people in 1 kingsize and 1 queen size bedroom.
Ideal for a family or 2 couples, it has a well equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, a bathroom (with another separate WC and basin upstairs), and the added extra of an outdoor hot tub.
It shares a private gate with the Beach Suite, allowing extra security, and is only 150m from the beach. From the outside it looks like a Wendy House, with vermillion walls and a pointed bamboo roof.

School Bus at Tree House Lodge
We proudly present the latest addition to Tree House Lodge’s collection of imaginative houses, The School Bus. Edsart (owner of the lodge) has upcycled this 1980-era school bus he travelled in throughout Panama, repurposing it into a visually stimulating creative space nestled in lush garden, at once inspiring and relaxing.
Enjoy this truly unique environment to call home as you explore the South Caribbean, relax in the hammock or stretch out on the lounge chairs on the terrace, taking in the sound of the waves and calls of tropical birds, and the rich blend of colors of the garden mixed with the familiar school bus yellow.    
Perfect for couples or families of 3 or 4, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, air-conditioning,  and spacious bathroom and shower; the sofa bed in the living room right in the heart of the bus is perfect for a third and fourth guest.
The fully-equipped kitchen looking out on the garden is the perfect place to get the day going or wind down with dinner in an environment that’s retro, modern, and immersed in nature all at the same time.
