Conditions for cancellation
Refund of 50% up until one month before arrival.
In order to benefit from a refund of 50% of the accommodation costs, the cancellation must be notified thirty full days before the local arrival time indicated in this contract.
If the tenant arrives after or decides to leave before the planned dates, the nights not spent in the property will not be reimbursed to him/her.
