Nafsika Villa is a spacious 110 m² two-bedroom home set on a hillside above Avlaki Beach in the Kassiopi area, offering panoramic sea views and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, this villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy northern Corfu’s natural beauty, clear waters, and peaceful surroundings while remaining close to the beach and local amenities.
The villa is arranged on one level, though guests should note that there are steps to reach the entrance, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Inside, it features two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds, ample storage, air conditioning, and its own en suite bathroom with a bath or shower. The living area is bright and roomy, with air conditioning, a very comfortable sofa bed for additional guests, a fireplace, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a filter coffee machine. Wi-Fi is available with speeds of up to 24 Mbps. The property is equipped with a solar water heating system, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; during extended cloudy periods, an electric boiler is available and typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. A large shaded veranda with outdoor dining furniture offers a wonderful setting for breakfasts and evening meals while enjoying the sea views. Private parking is available on site.
The villa shares a swimming pool with one neighboring villa, providing a pleasant space to cool off and relax. It is quietly located in a green, natural setting approximately 900 meters from Avlaki Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in northern Corfu, known for its clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. The area around Kassiopi offers a selection of tavernas, cafés, and small shops, while the village of Kassiopi itself is within easy driving distance for more dining options, supermarkets, and a lively harbor. The setting combines tranquility with convenient access to the best of the north of the island.
House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the villa is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in many areas of Corfu, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The villa uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and a baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
