It is agreed that in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the tenant:

-More than 30 days before the beginning of the rental, the Tenant can cancel for free and all monies paid will be returned, minus any card fees incurred
-30 days or less before the beginning of the rental, the full rental amount is due
In case of Trade shows/Events, the cancellation / cancellation period is 60 days instead of 30.

A 30% payment is required to confirm your booking and block off the dates of your stay on the calendar.
The balance is due 30 days before your stay or 60 days in the case of an event.
Unless payment is made at booking, we cannot confirm the dates of your stay.

This is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Please note that the equivalent of 2 nights' rental fee will be retained from the Security Deposit tif the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances
Animals are not allowed
Parties and events are not allowed.
The Tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially between 10pm and 8am
Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment (Booking Deposit), Security deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
