Booking cancelled more than 2 days prior to check in date: no charges

Booking cancelled less than 2 days prior to check in date: Full charge of 1st night.
Note: If other guests stay instead of the cancelled booking: no charge

No show ( cancellation without notification or contact ): Full booking charge

Group booking cancellation ( More than 3 rooms ):

For personal Group bookings - We require either a %50 deposit

Group booking cancelled more than 3 days prior to check in date: no charges

Group booking cancelled less than 3 days prior to check in date: Full charge of 1st night.

In the exceptional case, that we are not able to provide the accommodation according to the confirmed booking, we will:
provide a similar or an upgraded accommodation at the price of the booked accommodation or provide a cheaper accommodation for a lower rate
