Cancellation policy

There is no penalty for any cancellation more then 14 days before arrival. 

Any cancellation made at 14 days or less before arrival, or no show will result in a penalty equivalent to the booking  amount.

Penalty will be charged on the credit or debit card.

You hereby agree to our general condition of sales and cancellation policy

Sales conditions:

Prices don't include visitor's tax wich must be paid on site (0.7 euros/adult/night). Children under 18 are exempt of the visitor's tax.

Paiement is usualy done on site when checking in, but we give us the right to charge the credit card with the full amount of the stay before check in.

If breakfast is ordered online, prices incude the room and breakfast for two people.

We accept animals on request for an extra charge of 12 euros/day. Please leave us a message with your reservation. 

Drinks from the minibar are not include in the price. They must be paid when checking out.




Check in / Check out:

Check in is between 4:30 pm and 8.30 pm. For arrivals outside thoses hours, please contact us before by email, phone, or on our website www.ddayaviators.com

Check out is between 8 am and 11 am. For ealier check out, please advise us the day before.


Breakfast:

Breakfast can be ordered on site at the price of 16,50 euros TTC/person.

Breakfast is served from 8 am until 10 am. For earlier service, please advise us the day before.
