Deposit Collection

You can automatically collect a deposit from your guest at the time they make the booking. Specify the percent deposit you require and we will collect this on your behalf from your guest while they are booking. The funds will appear immediately in your account.

If the guest enters all their booking information but fails to make the deposit payment the booking reverts to an "On Request" booking. You then have the option to cancel the booking or contact the guest and seek alternate deposit security.


Credit Cards

You may specify that the guest must supply their credit card details to confirm a booking.

You can specify which cards you accept and optionally if you require the card security number. We collect these details securely on your behalf and make no charges to the card. You are then able to process charges to the card as and when required using your normal card processor.
