User Agreement

By using this website you must agree to all the following conditions.

Liability

You acknowledge that we are not a traditional travel agent. Instead, our Site is a venue to allow anyone to offer accommodation, at anytime, from anywhere. You will not hold us responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including things they post. We are not involved in and cannot guarantee the actual transaction between accommodation host and guest or the ability of the host or guest to fulfill any of their commitments.

We accept no liability for any failure of transmission or storage of any information nor of the accommodation hosts to receive, acknowledge or act on any information transmitted. All software is provided in good faith and "as is". We accept no liability for faults or defects in the software or its implementation and delivery. We periodically make changes to the software on this site and may do so without giving any prior notification.

Many of our services including the synchroniser service are dependant on systems outside of our control. We in no way guarantee these services to work and assume no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by them.

We reserve the right to deny service to hosts users or web sites that are abusing or overloading our servers. Our discretion is final in these matters.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Usage

We retain the right to disable users and accounts that we deem to abuse or overload our systems. This is for the protection of all users and is solely at our discretion. Your account will be re-activated when the abuse or overload is resolved to our satisfaction.

Content License

When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. (We need these rights to host and display your content.)

Beds24.com collects information from guests when they fill in the on-line reservation forms.

The accommodation manager and their agents are able to access this information.

No information collected by Beds24.com is disclosed or sold to any other third parties.

Cookies are used by Beds24.com in providing this service.

We view protection of users privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States. The information may pass through countries outside of that where it was collected or stored depending on the locations of the guest, the accommodation manager and the Beds24.com computers. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.

We cannot definitively exclude the possibility that our server could be accessed by unauthorised intruders. We therefore offer no guarantee whatsoever that any data stored on our servers are immune to unauthorised access, and we accept no responsibility whatsoever for damages arising from unauthorised access of our servers.
